Return Procedure:

Any item may be returned to us within 14 days of delivery confirmation for an exchange or refund (less shipping/handling/insurance costs). Please follow these 4 simple steps:.

1. Request your RMA Number. Please request a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA) from our website prior to returning your merchandise. Please use the following link to access our online RMA system: We cannot accept any returned merchandise without an RMA number. Please write the RMA number or the original invoice and on the return shipping label.
2. Carefully Pack the Merchandise. Refunds will only be issued for items returned in new condition, with tags attached, unworn and unused, with all original packaging, boxes and paperwork, including authenticity certificate.
3. Ship it to us. Returns must be received by us no later than 14 days from the date of delivery confirmation. Please ship returns to us via an insured and trackable carrier such as UPS, FedEx or DHL. Also, please keep your return shipping receipt and tracking number for your reference during the return process.
4. Receive your refund or exchange. Refunds and exchanges are normally processed within 7 days from the day the merchandise is received and inspected by our returns processor.
